Maternity FAQ

How revealing will the images be?

Please don’t worry! Every client has their own vision and comfort level for their session. Some prefer more covered looks, while others like to incorporate tasteful, artistic nude elements. Your comfort is my main priority so this will be discussed prior to the session.

When is the best time to book the session for?

As soon as you have had your 20 week scan is best. We would then secure a date for when you are 28-36 weeks pregnant. I would advise booking as soon as possible as my diary fills up a few months in advance.

What should I wear?

A style guide will be included in your welcome pack. You will also have full access to the studio wardrobe.

Can my partner and other children be included in the shoot?

Of course!

I just kindly ask that arrangements are made for the children to be collected after their images or they arrive nearer the end of the shoot, preferably by someone other than the partner. In my experience children get bored very easily and it can become a stressful environment for the mum-to-be in my small studio.
